CANCELLATION POLICY
Simply Brows by Tina kindly requires at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. • No-shows will also forfeit any deposit paid. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. • Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are an exception to this policy.
